Yes! If you have any questions, please get in touch using the contact form in the footer. If evaluation is not possible, you will be notified by email. If you have purchased credits, they will be returned to the customer's account.
The necessary information is what appears on the order form - title, description, measurements and photos of all sides of the piece with quality, luminosity and focus.
If there is not enough information about it, no service can be provided. If you have any questions, please contact us first using the contact form.
In this case, the credits paid remain in the customer's account. There is no charge for the service! The customer receives a notification email regarding this with the reason in question.
The refund is made by not charging the credit(s) already paid, remaining in the customer's account. Credits do not expire and the customer can use them whenever they want.
Each credit is an evaluation, if the customer purchases 10 credits and submits 10 pieces for evaluation, assuming it is impossible to evaluate 3 pieces or items. The customer keeps 3 credits in their account to use later.
*For this reason, it is suggested to purchase credits according to the customer's needs or even to subscribe to a lower plan.
The data requested for evaluation is only the email to respond to the service provided. No information such as address, telephone number or other personal information is requested, except for payment details that must be entered whenever purchasing a service. No banking or other customer information is stored.
